At 5am on Monday morning I was up and on the phone to Bill Kable, host of Dads on Air doing an interview for their podcast.

Armed with coffee, it was a good conversation. It helped me articulate some of the things I’ve learnt over the last year running Being Dads, doing all the interviews, reading the books and the data. I put a few solid hours in before hand writing out what I’ve learnt and ordering my thoughts.
